One of the best part of Auctions is the fact that you never know what’s going to be there. Take for example Lot #19 in tomorrows auction, which looks like a dime store trinket, but turns out to be much more! Upon closer examination and a quick trip to the Internet,  you can see it’s a rare Sterling Silver locket made by the Unger Bros., Newark, New Jersey and is circa 1905. Which makes it rather rare. Oh, and what’s it worth? Well, tomorrow we’ll find out for sure but it should bring $200-$500! Come tomorrow to see if I’m right.

Post Auction Update: The locket sold for $220.00 including buyer’s premium.
